One real workflow

Stop buying AI.
Prove one workflow.

What you leave with

01

Pilot fit

A 0–100 suitability read that can also tell you not to use AI.

02

AI / human boundary

What the machine may do and what a named person still owns.

03

Risk + controls

Data, authority, reversibility, verification, permissions, and stop conditions.

04

Build / buy call

Buy the commodity. Add a thin layer when context matters. Build only when the workflow earns it.

05

Capacity case

Potential hours returned after human review, without pretending every saved minute is cash.

06

30-day plan

A week-by-week pilot with evidence, ownership, and a clear keep / change / kill decision.

The product

Not a course.
Not 500 prompts.
A decision.

01 / Put in the work

Describe the workflow, its owner, volume, time, data, consequence, and what good looks like.

02 / Stress it

The workbench tests fit, risk, verification, final authority, reversibility, and whether custom software is justified.

03 / Walk into the meeting

Copy or print a one-page pilot brief with the exact boundary, controls, proof, 30-day plan, and stop conditions.

What makes it useful

It is allowed to say no.

Some work should use normal software. Some should stay human. Some is too risky or too vague to automate. The pack does not need every answer to end with AI.

No black-box AI scoring.

The workbench uses a fixed decision framework. It does not call a model to manufacture certainty. Your inputs stay local to the browser in this version.

Good fit

Buy this if…

Leadership keeps asking where AI should start.

You have a workflow in mind but no defensible pilot plan.

A vendor demo looks good and you need a sober decision before buying.

Your team needs a common way to talk about value, risk, ownership, and proof.

Do not buy this if…

You want a list of trendy AI tools.

You want a fake ROI number to justify a decision already made.

You expect a tool to replace legal, security, HR, medical, or financial judgment.

You do not have one real workflow you are willing to examine.

Why this exists

The free resources answer one question.
The Pack connects the decision.

Pilot Pack combines workflow fit, build-or-buy, safety, capacity, success metrics and a first-30-days framework into one working decision tool. The free cluster stays useful on its own.

FAQ

Is this AI-generated?

No. V1 uses a deterministic WMS framework. That makes the recommendation inspectable and keeps the tool cheap to run.

Do you upload my workflow to a model?

No. The workbench stores your answers locally in your browser.

Does the capacity number equal ROI?

No. Returned time is capacity. It becomes financial value only when the business actually realizes that value through lower cost, more throughput, better outcomes, or another measured mechanism.

Can it recommend not using AI?

Yes. A weakly defined, hard-to-verify, physical, or high-risk workflow can be marked as a poor automation candidate.

What can I use for free?

The AI Pilot Template, AI Use Case Scorecard, AI Pilot Success Metrics builder and AI POC vs Pilot guide are free. The paid Pack connects those decisions around one real workflow.

What happens after I buy?

Stripe returns you directly to your paid workbench. Keep that access URL and the browser where you built the pilot.
