Will this tell me Toronto will approve my permit?
No. Permit is a second set of eyes on the package. Toronto Building still decides whether your application is complete, compliant and approved.

Is it a subscription?
No. It does not renew automatically.
What kind of PDF should I upload?
Use the searchable PDF package described in the Permit flow. Image-only scans can be difficult for the checker to read.
I paid but lost access.
Contact support with the email you used to pay and roughly when you bought it. We can check the purchase record, but an email address by itself does not unlock the product.
