These are custom services delivered over time, not physical products that can be returned.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Before Work Begins
If you cancel before we begin work on your project, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees specified in your service agreement.
2.2 After Work Begins
Once work has begun on your project:
- Refunds are calculated based on work completed
- You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any deliverables completed will remain your property
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days
2.3 Completed Projects
For completed projects, refunds are generally not available unless:
- The service was not delivered as specified in the service agreement
- There was a material breach of the service agreement on our part
- You contact us within 7 days of project completion with specific concerns

- Modifications may result in adjusted pricing or timelines
- We will confirm any changes in writing before proceeding
